Antes de escribir

No me llegan los avisos. Revisá Ajustes del iPhone → Notificaciones → Vencito, y en la app, Ajustes → Notificaciones (activadas y con la hora que quieras).
La fecha se leyó mal. Probá con una foto más cerca y con buena luz, donde la fecha ocupe buena parte de la imagen. Siempre podés corregirla antes de guardar.
No aparece la opción de IA. Hace falta un iPhone compatible con Apple Intelligence y tenerlo activado en Ajustes del iPhone. Sin eso, la app usa el lector de texto.
Cambiar de teléfono. En Ajustes → Datos → Exportar, guardá el archivo (por ejemplo en iCloud Drive) e importalo desde el teléfono nuevo.
El widget no se actualiza. Abrí la app una vez: el widget se renueva cada día y cada vez que cambiás algo.

Para ayudarte más rápido, contame el modelo de iPhone o iPad, la versión de iOS y la versión de Vencito (Ajustes → Acerca de).

Reminders don't arrive. Check iPhone Settings → Notifications → Vencito, and in the app, Settings → Notifications (on, at the hour you want).
The date was misread. Take a closer, well-lit photo where the date fills a good part of the picture. You can always fix it before saving.
No AI option. It needs an iPhone that supports Apple Intelligence, turned on in iPhone Settings. Otherwise the app uses text recognition.
Moving to a new phone. In Settings → Data → Export, save the file (for example to iCloud Drive) and import it on the new phone.
The widget doesn't update. Open the app once: the widget refreshes every day and whenever you change something.
